From Burnout to Resilience
I didn’t start out as a coach.
I started as someone driven, ambitious, and constantly operating at high pressure.
Over time, that way of working led to exhaustion, overthinking, stress, and emotional fatigue.
I learned first-hand that high performance without recovery is not sustainable.
That experience is what led me to become an Executive Burnout & Confidence Coach, supporting professionals who want to perform well without burning out.

My Career in High-Pressure Environments
After moving to the UK, I spent 14 years working in defence intelligence and international business environments.
It was a world of:
- high responsibility
- constant pressure
- complex decision-making
- performance expectations
On the outside, I was successful.
Internally, I was beginning to experience mental exhaustion and pressure overload.
The Turning Point
While working on a major project in Paris, I missed my son’s first day at nursery.
Around the same time, I was navigating IVF while continuing to perform at a high level professionally.
That moment made me stop and reflect.
I realised I had built success at the cost of:
- energy
- presence
- clarity
- wellbeing
That was the point where I began to change how I worked and how I thought about performance.
Understanding Real Resilience
Later, when my husband became seriously ill, I experienced another level of pressure – balancing caregiving with professional responsibility.
That period reinforced something important:
Resilience is not about pushing harder.
It is about:
- staying grounded under pressure
- adapting without losing yourself
- recovering without guilt
- continuing with clarity
This is now the foundation of my coaching.
