I’ve always been drawn to systems, strategy, and the power of clear information. As a result, defence intelligence felt like a natural fit. Shortly after graduating from university, I began a 14-year career in intelligence as an Information Consultant. During that time, I worked in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, negotiated complex international deals, and supported critical missions built on trust, precision, and discretion.

Full Adrenaline, Losing Presence

For years, I ran on adrenaline in the fast-paced world of defence sales. Constant travel, high-stakes negotiations, and relentless ambition were part of daily life.

However, everything changed when I was closing a deal in Paris and missed my son’s first day at nursery.

At the same time, I was going through IVF, still pushing hard, fuelled by pressure and the drive to be the perfect wife and professional.

A Wake-Up Call for Balance

That moment became a clear wake-up call. Although my career was successful, it came at the cost of balance. Therefore, I knew my life needed a reset. I shifted my mindset and focused on what truly mattered.

Redefining Purpose and Power

Consequently, I redefined my work-life boundaries and intentionally rebranded myself with purpose. That, right there, is real power.

Everything shifted when my husband became seriously ill. I kept showing up. I did what had to be done. But I was stuck on autopilot, barely feeling anything.

That moment was my turning point.
